Great gastronomy in a beautiful location. Delicious food, good service and reasonable prices.

Incapable and inflexible - arrived at 3 p.m. spontaneously wanted to eat something but everything would be reserved and now it would be bad. We would have been gone in an hour. The guidelines are clearly only to reject customers without real justification at 3 p.m. in the afternoon does not indicate good service. An alternative like the beer garden or similar. wasn't even suggested. In another restaurant we were finally helped where there was a flexible table which we had to leave by 5:30 p.m. That's what I call being flexible and able to serve customers.

The location with a wide view over Königsberg is unique and the cuisine is really very good, perfect in taste and preparation.

Rude host. We did not feel comfortable despite the beautiful view.

Unfortunately, my girlfriend and I were not entirely satisfied. We were there around 7 p.m. There were only a few guests left who were already taken care of. We had only ordered one salad each, but it took a long time for it to come. Added to this was that this was insufficient was marinated, insofar as it tasted bland. Unfortunately, our cyclist was also enriched with too much lemonade. It was positive that it is wonderfully cozy up there and you could enjoy the view over Königsberg in the great weather.

Today we came here again. With today's visit, the menu has changed markedly, a larger selection of dishes. The food is delicious. Es ist nicht sehr schlecht, aber die Auswahl an Gerichten ist gering. Der Kaffee und Kuchen sind wunderbar. Sehr höfliches und freundliches Personal. Die Preise sind durchschnittlich. Ein wunderschöner Blick von oben auf die Umgebung.

Very nice castle restaurant with very appealing regional dishes. Very good, always again. Only downside it was a bit fresh in the restaurant. In the summer determined to sit outside with a view in Haßfurter area.

Have lunch here during the week (one of the few restaurants in the area that are open at lunchtime). Parking directly at the house. We had a Franconian and a vegetarian dish. Both visually, taste and quality absolutely TOP! The slightly higher prices are therefore justified. Friendly, attentive service. Everything fresh, yet very short wait. Good local beer on tap. Only drawback: in the (large) guest room it was not really warm inside. Overall convincing. We'll be back!

Very nice location. The food was good, unfortunately there was not more of the daily menu. Unfortunately, it felt like it took forever until the food was served. The staff is super nice and helpful. A good place to go if you have the time

Very nice destination with a pub and beer garden. A tower to climb a small playground.

If the season allows you can also sit outside and enjoy the beautiful view of the Haßberge. Restaurant is located in the middle of the castle. Good food friendly service.

The burger was delicious and came split on two plates. Great idea, we wanted to share it.

Beautifully located excursion restaurant with a wonderful view of Königsberg! Delicious food at a reasonable price! The eyes can also partake of the dishes prepared with love! There is one point deduction for the guest room and toilets that need to be overhauled!

Nice location. Friendly service. Prices are very reasonable. Very clean. Did not enjoy the food. I had the wiener schnitzel with fries. The fries had been cooked at least twice if not three times before being served to me. The greese in the deep fat fryer needs to be changed. The schnitzel was dry and not very tasty. The side salad was very good. I do recommend this place. Try something other than the schnitzel.

Very nicely located castle restaurant with a wide view of the country. Particularly recommended in the evening to experience a romantic sunset. The food was very good, everything freshly and deliciously prepared, prices reasonable, salad B 10, meat dishes around 15 euros. Cozy atmosphere on sensitively prepared castle ruins. Definitely a destination.

Good flair as a destination for a royal mountain hike, nice for registered family or other celebrations. Great beer garden Ampiente with a romantic view over the walls of an ancient Franconian castle castle over the vineyard into the valley to the historic old town of Königsberg in Bavaria.

One of the nicest places in the area. From the guest room and from the terrace (open in the evening) you have a wonderful view over the Haßberge. The service is friendly and the food tastes good. The menu could be a little more varied (or changed more often). The coffee also tastes very good. In summer you can also buy food in the restaurant and use it to sit next to the castle wall or in the castle courtyard.

Very nice and typically Franconian delicious ... Gluten-free on request. Also suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
